By accessing our website, joining our WhatsApp community, attending our webinars, or enrolling in any paid program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Phoenix Bakers Club is a bakery business coaching brand that helps women home bakers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian cities build consistent income through business systems. We offer:

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of India
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
Have a WhatsApp-enabled mobile number for community access

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who provides false information or violates these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs, including but not limited to:

Course videos, audio, and transcripts
PDF templates, workbooks, and action plans
Business frameworks, scripts, and systems
Brand name "Phoenix Bakers Club," logo, and taglines
All written, visual, and digital material

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, share, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from us.

Members may use our templates and frameworks for their own personal bakery business use only.

4. Community Rules — WhatsApp Group

By joining the Phoenix Bakers Club WhatsApp Group, you agree to:

Not share personal business promotions, QR codes, or payment links
Not share recipes, baking tutorials, or off-topic content
Maintain a respectful and supportive tone with all members
Not add other members to external groups without consent
Not screenshot or share private conversations outside the group

Violation of community rules will result in immediate removal from the group without notice or refund.

5. Program Enrollment and Payment

All program fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payment must be completed in full before access is granted
We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment card details
Access to program content is personal and non-transferable
You may not share login credentials with others

6. No Guarantee of Results

Phoenix Bakers Club provides education, coaching, frameworks, and community support. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue targets, or business results.

Income figures mentioned in our content (such as "₹75,000/month") represent aspirational goals achieved by select members under specific circumstances. Individual results depend on personal effort, market conditions, implementation quality, and other factors outside our control.

Our programs are tools. Results require your active participation and consistent application.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
Harass, abuse, or harm any other community member
Distribute spam, malware, or unauthorised promotional content
Impersonate Phoenix Bakers Club or Abhishek Gupta
Circumvent access controls or share paid content without permission
Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Phoenix Bakers Club and Abhishek Gupta shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or profits
Any errors or omissions in our content
Technical issues, platform downtime, or data loss

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services operate on or integrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Meet, YouTube, and Webflow. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these platforms. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply independently.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program or community if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent payment activity
Harass or harm other members or our team

In the event of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
