Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all programs, memberships, and services offered by Phoenix Bakers Club ("PBC"), owned by Abhishek Gupta, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
1. Our Programs and Pricing
We currently offer the following paid programs:
- Silver Membership: ₹7,999 (one-time)
- Gold Membership: ₹19,999 (one-time)
- Diamond Membership: ₹1,99,999 (one-time)
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but enrolled members will not be affected by price increases after enrollment.
2. Digital Product Policy
All our programs are delivered digitally — through our app (learn.phoenixbakersclub.in), live video sessions on Google Meet, WhatsApp community access, and downloadable PDF resources.
Because our programs provide immediate access to digital content and intellectual property upon purchase, we follow a limited refund policy as described below.
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
✓ Refund Eligible:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You have NOT attended any live session (webinar, workshop, or group call) included in the program
- You have NOT downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the program content on our platform
- You have NOT received a personalised 1:1 call or action plan as part of your program
✗ Not Refund Eligible:
- Refund request made after 7 days of purchase
- You have attended any live session included in the program
- You have downloaded templates, workbooks, or course materials
- You have accessed more than 20% of the course content
- You have received a personalised consultation or action plan
- Refund request made due to "change of mind" after full content access
- You have violated community rules and been removed from the group
4. Webinar Registrations
Free webinars and live sessions are offered at no cost. No refund applies as no payment is collected.
If a paid workshop or live event is cancelled by us, registered participants will receive either:
- A full refund of the event fee, OR
- Credit toward a future program of equal value
(at the participant's choice)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible window:

Include in your request:
- Full name used during registration
- Mobile number used for payment
- Program enrolled in
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are either full (within eligible window) or not applicable.
7. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that Phoenix Bakers Club cancels a program:
- You will receive a full refund within 10 business days, OR
- You may transfer your enrollment to the next available cohort
We will notify you at least 72 hours in advance of any program cancellation.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws. For any unresolved disputes, the jurisdiction shall be Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
